An Update to Our Warranty Process
Our warranty, service and customer care are key components of the superior experience we work to deliver. We continue to stand behind our warranty, but given the health concerns created by COVID-19, we are instituting the following changes effective immediately:
All warranty and service work will be limited to emergency needs only, defined as electrical, plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and other critical operations that materially compromise the safety of functionality of your home.
To minimize potential health risks, before conducting any in-home service, we will be asking all homeowners and service providers to voluntarily answer questions regarding their general health and possible exposure to COVID-19. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to protect the health of our customers, employees and trade partners.
