On April 1st we will be hosting a charcuterie class at our Willis Commons community center with Charcuterie Crossing as our esteemed guest vendor. This HANDS ON experience will provide you with the opportunity to learn the art of creating a delicious charcuterie board using a variety of fine meats, cheeses, and accoutrements. Charcuterie Crossing will be on-hand to guide you through the process and offer their expert tips and tricks. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know other embers of the community while learning a new culinary skill. Don’t miss out on this unique event at Willis Commons!Limited
